Minnesota (MWGA) Women's State Amateur Four-Ball: Lansing and Samb Claim Victory
FAIRMOUNT, MN. (June 8, 2011) -- Olivia Lansing from Dellwood Hills CC and partner Natalie Samb from The Wilds CC dominated the field at the 32nd Minnesota Women's State Amateur Four-Ball Championship with seven stroke victory over Leigh Klasse from Keller CC and her partner Betsy Aldrich from Woodhill CC.
Lansing and Samb carded a two day score of 74-69--143 while the second place team of Klasse and Aldrich total 77-73--150.
Holly Noble from Owatonna CC and her partner Laura Klatt from Indian Hills CC took third with scores of 80-75--155.

ABOUT THE Minnesota Women's Four-Ball
36-hole four-ball stroke play competition with
Championship, First, and Second Flights. Teams will
be
flighted based on the handicap index of the team
member with the lower index. Entries are open to
any
female amateur golfer who is currently an Associate
Member of the MGA. There are no age or handicap
index requirements for this tournament. Partners do
not need to be from the same club.
