PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL (May 30, 2011) --Zach Foushee of West Linn, OR (2012) kept himself "in the hunt" all weekend. Foushee, whose only event this season was a tied for 4th finish at PGA West, brought it all together with perfect timing. After Round One, Foushee was two strokes back of the lead. After Round Two, he was still just 2 strokes off the pace. On Monday, he got hot, and not just from the Florida sun! Foushee made birdie on 3, 5, 6, and 7 before making a bogey on 8, only to rebound with a birdie on 9. A string of 4 pars carried him to the 14th hole where he would have his only setback - a double bogey. However, he bounced back quickly with a birdie on 15 then held par to finish his round at 69 and earn the Championship by a 2 stroke margin over James Yoon who fired his own subpar round of 70 on Monday. Foushee led the division in birdies for the weekend with 14. Yoon's second place finish was his 4th Top 3 of the season.

Overnight leader Greg Holmes, who received the For the Good of the Game award on Friday night, finished tied for 3rd with Harrison Shih of Saddle River, NJ (2012), who led this division in pars with 44 for the weekend. Holmes and Shih finished 5 strokes back of Foushee. Three players finished T5 at 221: Meechai Padungsiriseth of BANGKOK (2013), Will Davenport of Palm City, FL (2011), and Clancy Waugh of North Palm Beach, FL (2013). A threesome also finished at 222, including Jessel Mohammed of TRINIDAD (2012) who made an ace on the par 3, 5th hole on Monday. Also at 222 were Gabriel Ormachea of Aventura, FL (2012) and Cody McManus of Phoenix, AZ (2012). Also finishing within 10 strokes of Foushee were: Arthur Edelman of FRANCE (2012) and Andrew McCain of AUSTRALIA (2012).
