Nick Woo from Novato, CA, carded rounds of 70-70 to finish 4-under, clinching victory by a single shot at the Tulare County Amateur Championship hosted by Valley Oaks Golf Course in Visalia, CA.
Woo entered the final round sharing the lead with
Zack Tarter from Hanford, both having matching opening rounds of 2-under 70. However, on the final day, Tarter carded a 2-over 74, causing him to fall back and finish sixth at even-par.
