AJGA Under Armour: Frank Lindwall and Youngin Chun winners

FRISCO, TX (April 24, 2016) - Recent Iowa State commit Frank Lindwall (-2) went out this weekend and proved why he is a highly sought after recruit winning the Under Armour/Hunter Mahan Championship at the Stonebriar Country Club.
Lindwall from Cedar Falls, IA shot rounds of 70-72 to emerge victorious. In his even-par final round Lindwall birdied two holes and bogeyed two as he did just enough to close out the tournament.
Christian Fanfelle (-1) from San Antonio, TX made a run at Lindwall but finished one-stroke short and in second place. First round co-leader Luka Karaulicv (Dacula, GA) and Lane Wallace (Yukon, OK) were even-par and tied for third.
In the Girls Division Youngin Chun of Cedar Park, TX walked away victorious thanks to a birdie on the first playoff hole. Emilia Migliaccio from Cary, NC finished as the tournament runner-up after both players finished the final round 5-under-par.
Chun and Migliaccio were the only two players to finish the event under-par. Yujeong Son from South Korea finished even-par and a distant five-strokes behind in third place.
