Wow - 9 teams tied at S.C. Players Four Ball
BLYTHEWOOD, South Carolina (Oct. 5, 2013) -- In what has to be an unofficial record, a total of nine teams are tied for the lead after the first round of the SCGA Players Four Ball at Columbia Country Club. All nine teams shot a five under total of 67 to share a one shot lead over five other teams at 68. Defending Champions, Eddie Hargett and Whit Suber, are one of those five teams at 68.

The 2013 SCGA Players Four Ball Championship is being played on the par 72 – 6,923 yard Columbia Country Club course in Blythewood, SC. The field consists of 64 two-man teams playing Best Ball format conducted over thirty six holes. The Players Four Ball Championship is one of 19 Major Championships conducted annually by the South Carolina Golf Association.
