Kansas Mid-Am Team: Chapman, Krsnich lead
MAYETTA, Kan. (Oct. 1, 2013) -- Another day of perfect weather greeted players during round two of the Mid-Am Team / Senior Team Championships at Firekeeper Golf Course. Mayetta. In the Mid-Am Team, Wichita's Tyler Chapman and Pete Krsnich continue to lead after 36 holes of play. Champan and Krsnich posted a second round 8-under par 64 in the Chapman Alternate Shot format. They hold a three shot lead over Manhattan's TJ Vilkanskas and Zac Burton who are at 15-under par through two rounds. Topeka's Mac McFarland and Jason Buessing made a charge to move into the third place slot after a second round 7-under par 65. Round three will begin at 8:30 am from #1 and #10 tees with a Four-Ball format.

Team event with three divisions (Mid-Amateur, Senior, Super Senior). Gross & net scoring for all teams.

54 holes of team stroke play contested over two days. 36 holes on day one, 18 holes on day two. Different format each round. There is no cut.

Daily Formats:
Round One - Shamble
Round Two - Foursomes
Round Three - Four-Ball

Must be a member of the Kansas Golf Association.
