Dennis maintains lead at Senior Azalea
CHARLESTON, S.C. (Oct. 4, 2012) -- John Dennis extended his lead to three shots entering the final round at the 2012 Senior Azalea at The Country Club of Charleston.
Dennis fired a 2-under 69, which followed a first-round 5-under 66 and will take a three-shot lead into the final round.
Rick Cloninger stormed back into contention with a second-round 8-under 63 and is tied in second place with Jack Hall, who shot 68 Thursday.
Bill Zylstra is alone in fourth at 2-under.
