SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y. (Sept. 8, 2013) -- Hailing from Australia, Adam Scott never had the opportunity to compete in a Walker Cup during his amateur career.

But that didn't prevent the 2013 Masters champion from taking in the action this weekend at National Golf Links.

Amateurgolf.com's Pete Wlodkowski caught up with Scott to discuss the event and its host course.

ABOUT THE The Walker Cup

The Walker Cup Match is contested by male amateur players, one team from the United States of America and one team from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The teams consist of not more than 10 players and a captain.
