Oregon women, Oklahoma State men earn top seeds at Jackson Stephens Cup

As the Stephens Cup moves into match play, Oregon and Oklahoma State earned the No. 1 seeds
The Oregon women and Oklahoma State men have earned the top seeds for match play at the 2024 Jackson T. Stephens Cup at Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club in Oklahoma City, Okla.
The Oregon women finished 27-over to win by 14 shots, and the Oklahoma State men finished 6-over to win by four shots.
The first and most of the second round took place Monday, while the end of the second round was suspended due to darkness. The end of the second round and final round took place on Tuesday. Throughout the duration of stroke play, the players were dealt difficult conditions with high winds.
In the women's individual competition, Carolina Chacarra finished 4-under with rounds of 66-70-70 to win by four shots. Kiara Romero of Oregon finished in solo second place at even par.
Lottie Woad, the No. 1 ranked player in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com Women's Rankings, finished in solo third place at 5-over.

In the men's individual competition, William Sides of SMU won in a playoff over Filip Fahlberg-Johnsson of Oklahoma State. The two finished tied at the top of the leaderboard at 1-under.
Tyler Weaver of Florida State finished in solo third place at 1-over.
The final day of the championship features match play, which will be televised from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Golf Channel.
On the women's side, No. 1 Oregon will face No. 2 Arkansas in the championship match while defending champions No. 3 Wake Forest will face No. 4 Florida State.
On the men's side, No. 1 Oklahoma State will face No. 2 SMU in the championship match while No. 3 San Diego State will take on No. 4 Oklahoma.
