The field will play its qualifying rounds at Riviera Country Club and Bel-Air Country Club

PACIFIC PALISADES, CA (August 13, 2017) – The United States Golf Association (USGA) today announced tee times for the first two rounds of the 2017 U.S. Amateur Championship, Monday (Aug. 14) and Tuesday (Aug. 15), at 7,272-yard, par-70 The Riviera Country Club, in Pacific Palisades, Calif., and at 6,757-yard, par-70 Bel-Air Country Club, in Los Angeles, Calif.

The U.S. Amateur consists of 36 holes of stroke play on Aug. 14 and 15, after which the 312-player field will be reduced to the low 64 scorers. There will be six rounds of match play, starting Aug. 16. The quarterfinals and semifinals are slated for Friday, Aug. 18 and Saturday, Aug. 19, respectively. The championship is scheduled to conclude with a 36-hole final on Sunday, Aug. 20, starting at 7:45 a.m. PDT.
