2015 NC Junior Boys' champion Jack Massei of Cary, N.C. finished in third place after rounds of 70 and 72 and finished two shots back at two under par 142. Reigning NC Junior Boys' 13 and Under Champion Jackson Van Paris of Pinehurst, N.C. finished in fourth place at one under par 143. Tied for fifth at even par 144 were Austin Bonfiglio of Holly Spring, N.C. and Kevin Burris of Conway, S.C.
