LA QUINTA, CA (January 22, 2017) -- Not only did Dave Colby win the amateur portion of the Career Builder Challenge but he was also able to cap the week with a hole-in-one on the par-3 17th hole at the PGA West Stadium Course.
Playing the famous par-3 penultimate hole Colby knew he struck a great tee shot and just as he looked down to pick up his tee he heard the roar from the crowd near the green.
Colby finished the week 31-under-par on his way to winning the amateur division as he combined rounds of 66-60-63-68.
