Offered in the Perma-Wrap ACE 3GEN and Crossline ACE 3GEN, the grips will make their retail debut in early 2013

SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Jan. 9, 2013) -- Lamkin Corporation, a leading manufacturer of premium golf grips, is proud to announce a new series of grips created with the proprietary new ACE 3GEN synthetic rubber compound. The ACE material (an acronym for Advanced Cohesive Elastomer) was developed by Lamkin chemists to combine the performance advantages of 3GEN technology with an even tackier, softer feeling grip. Offered exclusively in the Perma-Wrap ACE 3GEN and Crossline ACE 3GEN, the new line of golf grips will make their retail debut in early 2013. “When creating new products, the Lamkin team is singularly focused on one key factor: optimizing player performance. Our goal with the new ACE 3GEN technology is to provide golfers with an extremely secure and comfortable gripping connection so they can confidently swing with a light-pressure grip,” said Lamkin CEO, Bob Lamkin. “By eliminating tension from their grip, a player eliminates hand and arm tension, delivering longer and more consistent shots.” The technology in the new Perma-Wrap ACE 3GEN grip, combined with its unique unbuffed surface and simulated-wrap texture, delivers unparalleled surface tack. The amplified grip tackiness and slightly softer feel provide excellent gripping stability to promote a smooth, tension-free swing. The standard size Perma-Wrap ACE 3GEN is available in black, gray and white (SRP $4.29). Midsize and oversize models are available in black (midsize SRP $4.49; oversize SRP $4.79). The new Crossline ACE 3GEN offers a dramatically enhanced surface tack with the proven performance benefits of Lamkin’s best-selling Crossline design. With the unique blend of a softer, super-tacky material and a high-traction surface pattern, the Crossline ACE 3GEN provides golfers at every level with a secure and comfortable gripping connection. This connection allows a golfer to relax their hands and hit longer and more consistent shots. The Crossline ACE 3GEN, designed with a distinctive gray and black body and red cap, is available in three sizes (Standard SRP $5.99; Midsize SRP $6.29 and Oversize SRP $6.49).
