Cyrus Whitney stayed hot, winning yet another 2013 event, prevailing by six shots over Doug Pool at the 2013 Southern Nevada Senior Amateur
HENDERSON, Nev. (June 4, 2013) -- Cyrus Whitney stayed hot, winning yet another 2013 event, prevailing by six shots over Doug Pool at the 2013 Southern Nevada Senior Amateur.
Played at The Legacy Golf Club, the event was ruled by Whitney, who also has wins at the Laughlin Amateur, Gallery Invitational, Sun Country Stroke Play and SNGA Senior Summerlin on his resume this year.
Whitney shot rounds of 72-67 for a 5-under total.
Pool a TPC Summerlin member who has also had a great 2013 season so far, was alone in second place after rounds of 73-72--145.
