Applications open for USGA Championships

Apps are now available for the USGA's Men's and Women's Amateur, Mid-Am and Senior Champs.
The applications for the U.S. Amateur, U.S.
Mid-Amateur, U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur,
USGA
Senior Amateur and USGA Senior Women's
Amateur Championships are now available on
the
USGA website at U
SGA.org/champs/apply.
Please note that all applications must be submitted online no later than 5 p.m. EDT on the stated entry closing date.
If you are a minor in the state in which you reside (e.g., New Jersey, under the age of 18), an application must be submitted by a parent or guardian on your behalf.
All amateur golfers are encouraged to complete the Player Information Form found on the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) website. Biographical information provided by you will be displayed on the WAGR website. The WAGR is used for many exemptions, and having your most up-to-date information on the WAGR database allows for the most expedient and accurate processing of your competition results. The contact information provided may be shared between The R&A and the USGA or with any individual or entity assisting The R&A in the administration of the WAGR, but otherwise will be kept private and confidential by The R&A in accordance with its privacy policy. You can access the form at: Randa.org.
