Canadian Amanda Baker will take on Chessey Thomas for the Pacific Northwest Women's Amateur

VICTORIA, Canada (July 19, 2012) -- Canadian Amanda Baker will take on Chessey Thomas for the Pacific Northwest Women's Amateur in the 18-hole final tomorrow. Baker reached the final by defeating Sydney Kersten of Spokane 3 and 2 in the semifinals and Megan Haase, also of Spokane, 2 and 1 in the quarterfinals. Chessey Thomas, Spokane, defeated Aubrie Street of Medford, Ore in the semifinals, 2-up. In the quarterfinals, Thomas defeated Inaba Kyla of Canada 2 and 1.
