AGC alum Bob Niger wins AZ Senior Open

The former amateurgolf.com member and California resident shoots final round 66 to win by one stroke
APACHE JUNCTION, Ariz. (June 7, 2012) -- Former amateurgolf.com member, Bob Niger of El Dorado Hills, CA won the 2012 Arizona Senior Open played at the Prospector Course at Superstition Mountain as a professional.
Niger finished the three day tournament with a final round 66 posting a perfect round with six birdies and a tournament total of 206 (69-71-66.)
One stroke back, finishing up tied for second was Mark Franko of Scottsdale, AZ 207 (67-70-70) and Paul Nolen of Morana, AZ 207 (67-69-71.)
The low amateur was Brady Exber of Las Vegas who overcame a first round 76 to fire 67 and 68 in his final rounds to take tenth place.
About the Arizona Senior Open

The Arizona Senior Open is open to all professionals and amateurs that are at least 50 years of age. Format is 54 holes of stroke play with a cut after 36 holes.
