Frank Ford wins fourth Yeamans Hall Senior title
CHARLESTON, S.C. (Oct. 20, 2011) -- Frank Ford, III of Charleston, South Carolina came from 4 strokes back to capture his fourth title in five years. The bogey free round of 4-under par 66, his second of the tournament, posted a total score of 3-under par 207 securing the victory. Finishing in second place at 212 was Brad Burris of High Point, North Carolina followed by John Powers of Plandome, New York in third place with a 218.
The Super Senior Division was won by Gilbert Stenholm of Burr Ridge, Illinois in a sudden-death playoff over Jon Verity of Beaufort, South Carolina. Charles Busbee of McDonough, Georgia finished alone in third place.
