Todd Mitchell of Bloomington, Ill. won with ease at the par 72 Flossmoor Country Club

FLOSSMOOR, Ill. (May 11, 2011) -- Todd Mitchell of Bloomington routed the competition, winning the 19th Illinois State Mid-Amateur championship by an impressive 13 strokes. Mitchell's three-round total of 69-70-70---209 was 13 shots better than second-place finisher Rick Lehew (74-71-77---222). John Ramsey (77-73-73---223) of Glenview was third at 223.
