Cutrell and Fairman edge out Russo and Hayes to take John R. Williams Invitational. Pate and Roberts win Senior Division Convincingly

ROCHESTER, NY. (Sept 18, 2010) -- The Pennsylvania duo of Arnold Cutrell and Frank Fairman shot a second round 2-under-par 68 to win the John R. Williams Invitational Four-Ball by one stroke over the New York team of Daniel Russo and David Hayes. The team of Brian Harris from Indiana and Trye Owens of Texas had the lead with scores of 67-66-133 going into the final day, but a round of 77 left them in a tie for third with James Scorse and Ken Starkweather from New York and Tim Katanski and Brad Cruts from Michigan. In the Senior division John Pate and Kelly Roberts from Canada ran away with the title with scores of 67-72-71--210 for and 8-shot victory over Steve Watts and Bill Pizza from Utah. The New York team of Tom Blank and Mark Dugan took third place with scores of 73-73--223.
