J.T. Cockerill goes wire-to-wire at Genoa Lakes, winning by 9 shots

GENOA, NV (June 28, 2009)--J.T. Cockerill went wire-to-wire at Genoa Lakes Golf Club, shooting rounds of 68-67-68 for a 203 total and a nine shot win over Rod Butler. Three time Northern Nevada champion Joe Sanders finished third at 214. Cockerill plays out of Thunder Canyon and is on the Cal State Stanisalus golf team.
