Founded by California legend Casey Boyns over two decades ago, the Christmas Classic is our most popular event for good reason. The vibe is festive, the field is deep, and the historic "Old" Del Monte delivers a classic Monterey Peninsula experience.

Our flagship winter event now features a 54-hole, cut-format structure and WAGR ranking points. With a field limited to 64 scratch players and 18 seniors, this is one of the toughest amateur fields of the season.

The Silicon Valley Amateur has launched PGA Tour careers (Morikawa, Homa), and it continues to be the ultimate test for elite amateurs looking to make their mark.
