“FUTUREFIT33 is a true breakthrough in metalwood fitting,” said Jose Miraflor, VP of Product Architecture and Consumer Connections at Cobra Puma Golf. “Never before has any hosel system provided 33 unique loft and lie settings that can be adjusted quickly and easily. 33 settings is more than four times our previous hosel system and more than double our nearest competitor.”
Of the latest tech to come with this new series of metal woods, FUTUREFIT33 is the main differentiator. It offers 33 unique loft/lie settings that can be adjusted independently, which is the first of its kind. It also features adaptive weighting tech, with both Internal and external weights to let golfers personalize forgiveness, spin, and shot shape. Each model is tailored to specific playing needs, from maximizing speed and distance to enhancing forgiveness and draw bias.
Each driver is equipped with H.O.T. Face™ Technology for a larger, optimized face that increases ball speed and distance, even on off-center hits. Extreme Aero shaping design reduces drag, allowing for faster club and ball speeds.
Which model should I be playing?
- DS-ADAPT LS: Ideal for faster swings; seeking low spin and precision control.
- DS-ADAPT X: A versatile option with balanced performance for various skill levels.
- DS-ADAPT MAX-K: Delivers the most forgiveness and consistency with its high MOI design. Features a slightly oversized profile at 460cc.
- DS-ADAPT MAX-D: Combines forgiveness with a draw bias to correct slices. Also features a slightly oversized profile at 460cc.
The same technology in the drivers are also showcased in the fairway woods and hybrids, offering adjustable settings and optimized weighting. They cater to a range of golfers with models designed for speed, forgiveness, and higher launch.
The DS-ADAPT family is available for pre-order now, and it will be fully available on January 10, 2025. The family of drivers retails for $549. For more details, visit cobragolf.com.
