In the senior division, Mark Macejko and Duff Meyer won by an impressive 17 shots at 10-under

Todd Johnson of Lebanon, Oh., and Brad Wilder of Lexington, Ky., secured the wire-to-wire win in the Championship Division at the AmateurGolf.com 2024 Two-Man Links and Father & Son at Sand Valley Golf Resort in Nekoosa, Wis.

The duo shot 15-under to win by four shots with rounds of 67-64-71. The pair was one of four groups in the Championship Division to record all three rounds under par. The second round 64 at Mammoth Dunes was any group's lowest round of the tournament.

Johnson is the executive director of the Greater Cincinnati Golf Association, and Wilder is a board member. The two got off to a hot start, shooting 5-under 67 at the Lido Course in difficult conditions, including rain and wind.

Paul and Wes Korth of Cookeville, Tenn., finished in solo second place at 11-under and four shots back of Wilder and Johnson. The Korth's also won the father-and-son division by one shot over Marshall and Spencer Cole and Alex and Joseph Mahaffey. Both the Cole's and the Mahaffey's are from Greenville, S.C.

Four golfers finished T3 at 10-under in the Championship Division.

Wilder won the first-ever Kelly Cup in 2012 and made the semifinals of the 2015 U.S. Mid-Amateur. He also made the match-play portion of the 2017 U.S. Mid-Amateur.

Mark Macejko and Duff Meyer put on an impressive showing in the senior division, finishing 10-under and 17 shots better than the second-place finishers, Chris and Lonnie Brauner from Texas.

Macejko and Meyer are from Pinehurst, N.C. When asked if he was staying around in Pinehurst for the upcoming U.S. Open, Meyer simply said, "No, the wife and I are heading to the beach."

Hard to blame him.

There were a record-breaking 30 father-and-son teams participating this year, a record for AmateurGolf.com tournaments.

The Two Man Links and Father/Son Championship at Sand Valley Resort is a 54-hole best-ball championship at a Wisconsin gem that offers a similar vibe to the home of the original Two Man Links Championship (Bandon Dunes) with award-winning courses designed by Coore and Crenshaw as well as David McLay Kidd plus "The Lido" which opened for play in 2023.
