Texas finished 1-under to win the Big 12 Women's Championship by twelve shots at The Clubs at Houston Oaks in Hockley, Tex. Texas carded rounds of 286-283-282 to get to 1-under.
Texas shot a 2-over 286 in the first round to take a two-shot lead. A second-round 1-under 283 gave the Longhorns the cushion they needed heading into the final round, and they closed the door on the field with a final-round 2-under 282.
This is the Longhorn's fifth title in the last seven seasons.
Texas also won the title three straight seasons in 2017, 2018, and 2019, and in 2022. Oklahoma State won last season.
Iowa State finished in solo second place at 11-over, Kansas State finished in solo third place at 14-over, Baylor finished in solo fourth place at 16-over, and Texas Tech finished in solo fifth place at 17-over.
In the individual competition, Liyana Durisic of Iowa State and Karisa Chul-Ak-Sorn of Iowa State finished as co-medalists, shooting 6-under and besting the rest of the field by three shots.

Chul-Ak-Sorn had a four-shot lead over Farah O'Keefe of Texas heading into the final round, but a 2-over 73 in the final round allowed Durisic to catch up and earn co-medalist honors after a 3-under 68 final round.
O'Keefe and Lauren Kim of Texas finished T3 at 3-under, Gala Dumez of Texas Tech and Moa Svedenskiold of Houston finished T5 at 2-under. Kim won the 2023 Canadian Amateur and the 2023 Stephens Cup. She is ranked No. 51.
