The USGA has announced its qualifying sites for the 10th U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship to be held at Plainfield Country Club, Edison, N.J., from May 17-22, 2025.

Conducted over 18 holes, qualifying will take place at 53 sites across the United States between August 14 - December 31, 2024. The USGA inaugurated the tournament in 2015 as a successor to the U.S. Amateur Public Links, an individual competition held from 1922 to 2014.

In this tournament, teams, or "sides," consist of two golfers, each boasting a handicap index of 5.4 or less. A total of 128 sides partake in a 36-hole stroke play qualifier, determining the top 32 sides for match play. The competition adopts a four-ball format, where the side's score on each hole is determined by the lower score between the two players.
