Weiss shot the only under par final round in the field to claim his second straight Mid-Amateur Championship.
Coming into the day tied for the lead at 4-under par, he carded six birdies during the final round to shoot one-under par for the day to finish the tournament at five-under par overall.
Sam Jackson of West Columbia finished the tournament at 4-under par overall to finish second.
