The Fourth annual Blessings Collegiate Invitational is now underway.

Starting on Monday, some of the top teams and individuals in collegiate golf will descend on Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville, Ark., for the fourth annual 2023 Blessings Collegiate Invitational.

As every year before, GOLF Channel will be on the grounds at Blessing Golf Club, providing TV coverage for every round.

The host school Arkansas comes in as the 3rd-ranked women's team and 11th-ranked men's team in the Golfweek rankings, respectively.

This is a men's and women's tournament, with both competitions taking place concurrently.

FORMAT

Men’s and women’s teams play the same course at the same time. Each school will have all five members of its team playing the same holes together. There will be 18 holes of competition each day, with tee times starting at approximately 8:45 a.m. each day.

On Wednesday, a men’s team, a women’s team, an individual male champion, an individual female, a combined team champion, and combined low individuals will be crowned champions.

EVENT HISTORY

Arkansas’ women won the first two BCI titles, with Mississippi State taking the title last season. The Arkansas men won in 2021, with Alabama winning the inaugural men’s title and Texas A&M winning last season. Also, Brooke Matthews or Arkansas claimed the first two individual medalist honors, with Julia Lopez Ramirez of Mississippi State winning last season. The previous men’s champions were Alex Goff of Kentucky in 2020, Luke Long of Arkansas in 2021, and Daniel Rodrigues of Texas A&M in 2022.

Arkansas also won the first two combined team titles and the first two individual combined best ball championships. Texas A&M won the combined team title last season, and Miss State had the combined individual medalists.

2023 FIELD

The 2023 field includes Arkansas, Clemson, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi State, NC State, North Texas, South Carolina, and Washington. Of Note, the Razorbacks will field two sets of fivesomes. One with five members to count for the team and individual titles, and five others playing together that will be eligible to compete for individual medalist honors.
