In addition to drivers, Callaway unleashes golf bags and other accessories that take on the ominous dark colorway.
We all remember the incredible scene in “The Dark Knight Rises” when Bane (played by Tom Hardy) mocks Batman (Christian Bale) by saying, “You merely adopted the dark; I was born in it, molded by it.” Well, I feel like if Bane were to take up the game of golf after a solid run of supervillaining, he would probably pick up the new Night Mode Paradym driver from Callaway. This special edition big stick, along with some equally dark accessories, is part of a limited offering from Callaway that will be gone before you have time to flip the lights back on.
I was fit for the original Paradym driver earlier this season and was blown away by the results. Increases in ball speed and distance to go along with the versatility of adjustable perimeter weighting all made for an easy purchase on my part. In addition, the aesthetics of the standard Paradym were one of my favorite aspects with a navy and black colorway with carbon detailing. Now that I’ve seen the Night Mode version, however, I’m beginning to think I won’t be able to resist the dark side.
All of the technology benefits of the Paradym remain the same with the Night Mode model. Designed to fit a wide array of handicaps, the Paradym pairs high launch and low spin to produce the distance and dispersion gains that I see this golf season. Highlighted by a 360° Carbon Chassis, the weight distribution designed by Callaway’s R&D team produces a high MOI.
Callaway also improved on its hallmark design of Jailbreak Technology with a new A.I. designed version that not only makes the head lighter but also more stable. This is great news for amateur players such as myself that can use additional help on the tee box.
If you thought the Paradym Night Mode couldn’t go darker, it features a Project X HZRDUS GEN 4 Night Mode shaft in 50 or 60 grams plus a jet black headcover, and a Golf Pride New Decade black grip.

The better player isn’t left out though, as the darkness continues to the Paradym Triple Diamond model which is a 450cc head intended for lower handicaps.
Your Night Mode shipping doesn’t have to end with your driver as Callaway launched the design in two cart bags, two stand bags, gloves, towels, and even a lineup of its most popular hats.
