The first 12 matches are complete at Golf Club de Genéve in Switzerland, with the world's top amateurs producing great golf
The day began with the United States winning the first two matches, but three demanding victories helped Team International settle in. One of those wins came from the team of Julia Lopez Ramirez and Mateo Fernández de Oliveira when they halved the 18th hole to secure a 1-up victory -- taking advantage of the lead they grabbed on No. 17.

Match 10 gave another jolt of momentum for Team International. Archie Davies/Amelia Williamson halved the first two holes with Americans Nick Gabrelcik/Rachel Heck then birdied 10 of the final 14 holes to secure the 4&2 victory.
The highly-anticipated Match 12 between USA’s Michael Thorbjornsen and Rose Zhang vs. Christo Lamprecht and Heather Lin of Team International went down to the wire. After the first three holes were halved, the United States and Stanford duo maintained a lead until Team International birdied the 15th hole. Lamprecht then birdied 16 to give Team International the 1-up lead. Both teams parred the last two holes to close out the afternoon.
