The event at Canterbury GC in Cleveland begins with two days of better ball followed by a final round scored of partner aggregate.

Andew Bailey and Kevin Carlin defended their title on Saturday at the Canterbury Cup, a 54-hole two-man tournament that draws players from across the country. The event, played at Canterbury Golf Club in Cleveland, Ohio, begins with two days of better ball followed by a final round scored by aggregate of both partners.

A year ago, Bailey and Carlin won on the strength of a stellar second-round 61. This year, the partners opened with rounds of 73-66, and an aggregate score of 145 on the final day was enough to leave them at 284 total and with a one-shot victory over Tony Hejna and Jamie Miller.

Jim Krivanek and Brian Smith opened with rounds of 71-66 but fell to a final-round 149 to finish third another shot back.

In the senior division, Stephen Fox and Harold Payne won with rounds of 70-68-153. Their 291 total left them one shot ahead of Jeff Knox and TJ Brudzinski.
