Foberg also won the Plymouth Country Club Club Championship earlier this year.
For two days on his home track, Foberg was 3 over. He had rounds of 76-65, and he needed every one of the four birdies he made in his bogey-free second round. Foberg trailed by six shots at the beginning of Day 2.

Steve Tasho, at 5 over, was solo fourth followed by four players who all finished at 7 over.
