ROSEVILLE, Calif. (Jan. 13, 2008)-- Jay Lignell and Daniel Brooks set the tone early at Diamond Oaks Golf Course, site of the Sacramento Valley Two-Man Scratch Scramble, firing an opening round 62. They then put the finishing touches on a seven-stroke victory with a second-round 66 to finish at 16-under-par 128.
