Jeffrey Dottl's even keel play through two rounds results in two stroke victory
EL CAJON, Calif. (July 10, 2007)-- Ventura's Jeffrey Dottl used an opening-round 68, paired with a 72 to take a two-stroke victory over George Windsor of Laguna Niguel.
