SOS John Kline: Pete McDade Leads by One
PEACHTREE CITY, GA (May 1, 2017) - With a first round 69 Pete McDade is the early leader at the Society of Seniors John Kline Super Seniors hosted by Planterra Ridge Golf Club.
McDade will carry a one shot lead into the second round over Bev Hargraves and John Armstrong after they shot 70's to share second place. Bill Leonard and Evan Long round out the top-five with a fourth place tie following 71's.
In the Grand Master Division Dick Van Leuvan and Yancey Ford lead the way after 72's. Gary Shimmin and Harry Cain are one shot back and tied for third at 73 while Jerry Caplinger and Nick Kirkland are tied for fifth at 74.
