STANARDSVILLE, VA (April 9, 2017) - Using rounds of 68-70 Logan Yates won this years edition of the Greene Hills Invitational hosted by The Greene Hills Club by a trio of shots.
Yates, a sophomore for Virginia Tech, completed tournament play with a 36-hole total of 138 and he has now won the event each of the last two years.
Connor Messick (70-71--141) and Jon Hurst (74-67--141) shared second, Jerry Burton (75-72--147) and Austin Crenshaw (72-79--151); Parker See (75-76--151) shared fifth.
In the Super Senior Division Daniel Yates (74-75--149) outlasted Roger Munoz (72-77--149) on the third playoff hole to capture the title. Steve DeMasters (74-76--150) was third as he finished one shot out of the playoff.
The Super Senior Division was tight as will with Jeff Nemoytin (79-72--151) pulling it out in the end. Steve Cox (79-73--152) ended up one shot behind in second place.

of stroke play played at gross. Regular, senior (ages
50-64) and
super senior (65+) divisions. Flighted after the first
