Kyle de Beer closed with a 68 to win the Eastern Province Border Stroke Play
PORT ALFRED, South America (April 9, 2017) -- Kyle de Beer closed with a 68 to win the Eastern Province Border Stroke Play by a shot over Gregory Mckay.
De Deer, playing at Fish River Golf Club opened the week with rounds of 73-70 to put himself in position to win with a 5-under-par score.
Mckay closed with a final round 68 as well but he came up one shot short at 4-under, first round leader Albert Venter and Naldo Claassen shared third at 3-under while Allan Lones was 1-under in fifth.
