Chad Branton of Cartersville and Steve Stewart of Adairsville score a 69 in round two to maintain their lead with a 10-under-par 134 total

JEKYLL ISLAND, GA (April 1, 2017) -- Chad Branton of Cartersville and Steve Stewart of Adairsville score a 69 in round two to maintain their lead with a 10-under-par 134 total at the Georgia Four-Ball hosted by Jekyll Island Golf Resort. A team from McDonough, Matt Craddock and Marlon Deyton, lead flight one at 6-under-par 138 (70-68). Dave Oster of Brookhaven and Frank Remmes of Lilburn lead the way in flight two at 1-under-par 143 (75-68). Two pairs share the lead in flight three at 2-over-par 146, including Kevin Malone of Atlanta/Roy Lichlyter III of Marietta (75-71) and Taylor Adams/Richard Adams (75-71), both of St. Simons Island. In the fourth flight, Wade Turner of Roberta and James Singletary of Forsyth lead at 3-under-par 141 (70-71). Benny Justice of Gray and B.J. Fischer of Macon hold the lead in flight five at 6-under-par 138 (69-69). The top spot of flight six is held by the duo of Rob Bissell of Evans and Gary Macky of Augusta at 5-under-par 139 (68-71). Flight seven's top spot belongs to Steve Manders of McDonough and Steve Kirkland of Hampton at 9-over-par 153 (76-77). The leaders, Branton and Stewart, begin their final round at 10:10 a.m. off number one on Indian Mound. The Championship flight and flights one, two and three are playing on the Indian Mound course at Jekyll Island. Flights four through seven are competing on the Pine Lakes course.
