Webb Simpson tops Billy Horschel in two-hole playoff
CHARLESTON, SC (April 1, 2007)-- The leaderboard at the Azalea Invitational at the Country Club of Charleston was bunched at the top through the first two days, until Luke List pulled ahead to take a four-shot lead going into the final day.
That lead wouldn't hold up, however, as Webb Simpson and Billy Horschel fired respective 68's and 69's to finish at 278 and force a playoff, which Simpson won in the second hole.
List's 76 dropped him into sixth place, while Kyle Ellis and Chris Kirk tied for third at 279.
Arnond Vongvanij was fifth with 280.
