The Florida Winter Series kicked off on Sunday at the Country Club of Winter Haven

WINTER HAVEN, FL (January 15, 2017) -- Tim Gavrich opened the Florida Winter Series Country Club of Winter Haven event with a 70 to take a two-stroke lead. Gavrich of Vero Beach, FL leads Port St. Lucie's Robbie Sisca by two shots with one round to play.

In a share of third after 74's it is Jaime Girardi (New Port Richey, FL) and Wayne Raath (Lakeland, FL) while Ben Kodadek (Tampa, FL) and Jeff Leivonen (Newberry, FL) are sharing fifth following 77's.
