Ashkaan Hakim Wins Concord City

CONCORD, Calif. (September 11, 2016) -- Ashkaan Hakim fired a final-round 4-under 67 to claim the Concord City Championship Sunday.
Hakim entered the day one shot off the lead shared by Taylor Hobin and Brandon Harris but ended the day seven shots clear of the field. The high school senior shot the only round in the 60's of the field and adds the Concord City to a resume that includes a top 16 appearance in this year's U.S. Junior Amateur.
Taylor Hobin finished runner-up at 146 total while Sonoma State's Brandon Lee shared third with Brendan Hopkins.
