Odyssey delves deep into the combination of roll, sound, and feel with RSX -- short for "Roll and Sound Experiment"
If you've ever putted with a leather grip you know how good it feels. If you haven't, you're in for a treat.
And sure, we're excited about the grip, but the RSX is about much more than that. Odyssey's latest path in insert innovation has led the Carlsbad, CA- based company to a deeper exploration of sound and feel. And where that exploration led was to the creation of the Milled Collection RSX, which is milled from 1025 carbon steel. Available models in the RSX line include Odyssey's best-selling #7 shape, a progressive V-Line Fang mallet, and the #001, a new take on the classic #1 shape. When coupled with patented Metal-X roll technology, the result is a line of putters that bring roll and sound together, as indicated by the RSX name -- which stands for “roll and sound experiment”.

Phil Mickelson has said that when he hits a 5- foot putt, he wants it to look, feel and sound like a 5-foot putt. By engineering sound chamber technology into these putters, Odyssey has delivered a crisp sound at impact, which ensures great feedback that matches up perfectly with the speed and roll off the face.
