Thanks to scores of to pair of 2-under 70's Mitch Harrison was able to finish 4-under and win the Sacramento County Senior

CARMICHAEL, CA (May 12, 2016) - Thanks to a pair of 2-under 70's at the Ancil Hoffman Golf Club Mitch Harrison was able to finish 4-under and win the Sacramento County Senior by three-strokes. Harrison finished comfortably in front of second place finisher Steve Wilson who finished 1-under and shot the round of the tournament in the second round with a 4-under 68. Gary Vanier was third at 1-over. In the Super Senior Division Mark Miller with a 1-over score won in dramatic fashion. Miller was safely in the clubhouse when current leader Frank Pieper approached the 18th hole leading by one. Needing par to secure the title Pieper lost his drive left and had to re-tee and he ended up with a double-bogey. Pieper finished in a tie for second with Bob Thomason at 2-over.
