Floyd, Rochelle prevail at Tennessee Four-Ball Championship

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (July 18, 2015) – The 45th Annual Tennessee Four-Ball Championship concluded Saturday at the Nashville Golf & Athletic Club in Brentwood, Tenn.

Cole Floyd and Corey Rochelle were the victorious pair, defeating brothers Jeff and Steve Golliher 1-up in the championship.

The Golliher brothers were the strong favorites in the championship match, having made it to the final in this event an astounding seven times. However, Floyd and Rochelle shot rounds of 67 and 69 in the qualifying round to earn the #2 seed in matchplay and clearly kept their momentum rolling, culminating to the impressive victory in the final.

ABOUT THE Tennessee Four-Ball

Applications are open to teams of amateurs who possess a combined active USGA/GHIN Handicap Index of 16.0 or less from a TGA member club or course. Format consists of 18 holes of stroke play followed by a round of 32 match play.
