Mark Morgan holds off defending champion to take the Senior Division title while Early narrowly wins by one shot in Super Senior

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (July 10, 2015) -- The 2015 Sacramento City Senior and Super Senior Mens Championship was decided earlier this week at Bing Maloney Golf Club in Sacramento. Mark Morgan won the Senior division with rounds of 71-69. Morgan finished two ahead of the first round leader Mitch Harrison who shot rounds of 68-74. 2014 champion Jim Knoll finished in third place with scores of 69-74. In the Super Senior Division, first round leader Jeff Early got off to a rough start in the final round with an opening nine of 41. However, Early battled back to shoot 35 on the back nine for a final round 76 that was good enough to win by 1 shot over four golfers at 148: Jensen, Reuther, Johnson and Ackerman.
