The teams of Jarrett Grimes and Chris Mitchell along with Marcus and Shane Grumbles both fired 10-under 61 to share the lead

The teams of Jarrett Grimes and Chris Mitchell along with Marcus and Shane Grumbles are tied for the lead in the SCGA’s 23rd Annual Partners Championship. Both teams had birdies filling the card as they went low with scores of ten under par 61. Close on their heels however and setting up what should be a great final round are six other teams at 62. In the Tournament Division, Manning Crapps and Ian Gohean hold a three shot lead after shooting their own ten under par score of 62 at the Members Club – Woodcreek course. Four other teams are tied at seven under par 65. The final round will be contested with a modified Texas Scramble format and will begin with a 9.30 shotgun start. For detailed scoring, final round pairings and other tournament information – 23rd SCGA Partners Championship. The 2015 SCGA Partners Championship is played over two golf courses, the par 72 – 6,665 yard Spring Valley CC course in Columbia, S.C and the par 72- 6,686 yard Members Club at Woodcreek course in Elgin. The field consisted of 110 two-man teams split into two different Divisions based on handicap, the Championship Division and the Tournament Division. Each division is playing a Captains Choice format the first day and a modified Texas Scramble the second while alternating courses each day. The Partners Championship is one of 21 Major Championships conducted annually by the South Carolina Golf Association.
