Dan Orovich and Juan Gonzales shoot fire 62 on Sunday to run away by 5 shots
MARYSVILLE, Calif. (Aug. 17, 2014) -- Dan Orovich and Juan Gonzales started the day Sunday one shot clear of defending champs Austen and Andrew Roberts.
Things really clicked for them on Sunday. They fired a best-ball 62 to run away with the title by 5 shots.
Orovich and Gonzales play out of Cherry Island, North of Sacramento.
Thanks to Plumas Lake Head Professional Doug Levy for submitting results. Each year he runs an individual tournament in late May/early June, and the best ball in August.

NCGA points event. Get entry in early because tournament fills up before deadline. No handicap limit to enter championship (gross) flight. Maximum 36.0 team handicap. Partners must have indexes within 10 strokes of each other.
