Kirk Wright leads after Round 1 of the 2014 Oklahoma Senior Stroke Play
NORMAN, Okla. (July 14, 2014) -- Kirk Wright leads after Round 1 of the 2014 Oklahoma Senior Stroke Play.
At The Trails Golf Club, Wright shot an even par 70 and leads by two shots entering the second and final round on Tuesday.
James Reid is second after an opening-round 72 while Keith McKinnon sits alone in third after a 73.
In the Super Senior race, Windy Miller is also up by two shots. He shot even par 70 and leads Gary Bonner by a pair.
About the Oklahoma Senior Stroke Play
Open to men amateurs who are 50 years old (super seniors 60), residents of Oklahoma, and members of the OGA. Format consists of 36 holes of stroke play.
