Harder Hall: Meghan Stasi jumps into share of lead
SEBRING, Fla. (Jan. 10, 2014) -- Four-time USGA Women’s Mid-Amateur champion Meghan Stasi continued her steady play by carding a 74 for a 219 total to tie with University of Tennessee freshman Hannah Pietila who shot 76.
India Clyburn of the UK shot a 73 to trail the leaders by three shots going into tomorrow’s final day. Harder Hall Country Club is playing at 6,150 yards for the championship, which concludes on Saturday, January 11 after 72 holes.
In the Forever Forty-nine division, 2012 champion Martha Leach of Hebron, KY continued her steady play with a third 78 to take a 4 shot lead over defending champion Mary Jane Hiestand, Diane Lang and Gigi Higgins who are tied at 238.
In the Ben Roman division, Nancy Jackson of Boynton Beach, FL shot 84 for a three day total of 247, to win the division by one shot over Clate Aydlett of Elizabeth City, NC who carded an 82 for a 248 total. The Ben Roman Division concludes today after three rounds of play.

ABOUT THE Citrus Golf Trail Ladies Invitational
Formerly known as the Harder Hall Invitational, this
is a four-day no cut stroke play
tournament for women amateurs. It was played at
Harder Hall CC for more than 65
years, but in 2021 it moves to a rotation of courses
on the Citrus Golf Trail in Sebring,
Florida. The illustrious list of past champions includes
the current world #1 Nelly Korda; Hall-of-Famer
Joanne Carner; LPGA stars
Christie Kerr, Brittany Lincicome, Morgan Pressel,
Lewis and Charley Hull; amateur legends Carol
Thompson and Meghan
Stasi; and two members of the winning 2021 Curtis
Cup Team, Emilia Migliaccio and Gina Kim.
It has long drawn an international field and
has three Divisions: the
Championship Division, the Forever 49 Division (max
index 16.4) and
the Ben Roman Division (indexes from 7.0 to
