Cody Robinson fired a final-round 69 to come from behind and win the 2013 Contra Costa County Amateur at Boundary Oak
WALNUT CREEK, Calif. (Nov. 11, 2013) -- Cody Robinson fired a final-round 69 to come from behind and win the 2013 Contra Costa County Amateur at Boundary Oak.
Robinson, a senior golfer at St. Mary's, shot 73 in the first round and trailed leaders Travis Rowney and SMC teammate Jonathan de los Reyes by three shots. His final-round 69 was the event's top 18-hole score and allowed him to prevail over de Los Reyes, Cameron Shaw and Sebastian Crumpton by a shot.
